WAYDAMIN is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe your package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
Please also note, We reserve the right to enforce our 'no reshipment' policy. We're not currently set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds if/once the claim is paid to hold the carrier at fault for loss and damages.
