We offer even exchanges for the same item in a different size or color for non-final sale items.

The return window begins the day your order is marked 'fulfilled' by our warehouse team.

Once you choose your exchange item(s), a $10 return fee is required to submit the exchange. This fee helps us cover your return postage.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you would like to purchase something else, we suggest choosing our store credit option and placing a new order using your store credit.

POLICY REMINDERS

Domestic orders have a 14 day return window and international orders have a 20 day return window. Return window starts from the date the order was fulfilled.

Items must be unwashed and unworn in pristine-condition with all original tags attached.

Note: Return fees vary for domestic and international orders and are non-refundable. Return fees help us cover label costs and faster return shipping.

Exchange orders are final sale and ineligible for second exchanges, store credit or refund.

If your order details do not match or become incorrect while entering them in our returns portal, you will receive a 'order not found' message.
We recommend going back to your order confirmation email to correct your input entries and proceed with your return.
If your return window has expired, your order is no longer eligible for returns or exchanges and can not be extended.
Our customer support team are trained to enforce this policy as well.
For instant exchanges, please allow 1-5 business days for processing & fulfillment of your new exchange order.
For standard exchanges, once your return package is shipped and scanned by the carrier, your exchange order will then be sent to our fulfillment team. Please allow 1-5 business days as well for processing & fulfillment.
For refunds/store credit, once your return package is shipped and scanned by the carrier, your refund/credit will be processed immediately. Please note, refunds may take longer to return to your credit/debit card within 3-5 business days.
Items tagged as 'FINAL SALE' on our website are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes swimwear, intimates, accessories, footwear and blowout clearance items.
If you received the wrong item, you can still request a return through our portal and all handling fees will be waived. Please note, your order will go under manual review for our team to inspect and approve first.

Please note, your return label will not generate until after approval. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email with a explanation.
Once your return is approved, you will be required to send back the incorrect item(s) with a free return label sent to your email address in exchange for the correct items or store credit.
If you're in no rush to receive your exchange item(s) or do not not want a hold on your card, you can select 'send my exchange after I return' at checkout.
This just means your exchange order will not immediately be sent to our fulfillment team until your return package has been shipped and scanned by the carrier.
Note: Out of stock outcomes are of higher risk with standard exchanges. If your exchange item ends up selling out before fulfillment, you will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method.
When you choose instant exchange, your exchange order is sent immediately to our fulfillment team. We also will place an authorization hold of the full order amount until your send-back package is shipped and scanned by the carrier.
Once your return package is marked as 'in transit' by the carrier, the authorization hold will lift and typically takes 7 business days for the hold funds to drop. If the return package is not sent back within 14 business days, the authorization hold will be charged to the payment method on file to pay for the kept goods.
Authorization holds are only assessed on instant exchange orders. Holds drop within 3-7 business days once return items are in transit to our return facility.
If you do not return your items within 14 days, you will automatically be charged the full amount of the authorization hold.
If you still return your items after your return window, please reach out to customer support to request a refund for the authorization hold charge.

Once a return is submitted, no modifications can be made to the order nor a change of address.
Return labels are generated for every return order that is successfully submitted or approved.
You have 14 days to send back your items after you have sucessfully prequested an exchange or return.
After 14 days, your return/exchange request will be canceled.
If an exchange item becomes out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase to the original payment method.
Our 'Shop Now' feature gives every customer a $5 bonus credit in addition to their store credit amount to instantly shop our catalog for new items 😊
If your return item(s) or request becomes rejected, a full explanation will be provided.
Please note: Worn and washed items are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
Exchange orders are not eligible for returns and all items within the exchange will be treated as final sale.
Please ensure your exchange item(s), are exactly what you desire before placing the order. We will only honor a return on an exchange order, if the item(s) were damaged or incorrect.
