Please also note, We reserve the right to enforce our 'no reshipment' policy. We're not currently set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds if/once the claim is paid to hold the carrier at fault for loss and damages.

Our processing time typically takes 1-5 business days and in some situations will ship same day. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive notice via text and/or email.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
We suggest contacting the carrier as soon as possible once your order is fulfilled, to request an update to the delivery address, package intercept or hold for pickup.

If your order status has been in 'pre-shipment info received' or 'label created' status for over 7 business days and you received a shipping confirmation email, there's a very high chance your order has been picked up by the carrier, but the carrier has failed to scan your package or your package has not been shipped.
If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to us immediately. We will then further assist you!
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to provide further tracking updates.
Please ensure you are subscribed to tracking notifications via email and/or SMS to get the latest updates.
If the tracking shows any previous movement and you have issues with tracking or questions about delivery, please contact the carrier's customer service.
Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, we are unable to provide further assistance while it is in transit. We offer our premium order tracker as an additional resource to getting answers about your order status.
If you suspect your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
We will then assist with filing a claim on your behalf if your order has been confirmed by the carrier as 'lost'.
If your package has failed delivery, it will be returned to us by the carrier following an immediate order cancellation and issued store credit with the paid shipping cost deducted.
Once you receive store credit, we will ask that you replace the order and double-check all shipping address details to avoid another failed delivery attempt.
We understand carrier issues and delays can happen.
After 5 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you still have not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address, please contact the carrier's customer service for assistance to file a claim with them directly.

To file a claim with the carrier, you will have to visit the carrier's website or contact their customer service.
UPS Ground packages are insured up to $100 by the carrier.
DHL Express packages are insured limited to the actual value of goods declared by the shipper.
At this time, we have a no reshipment policy but exceptions may be made under certain circumstances solely determined by our support team. If you've been informed your order cannot be reshipped, we will suggest that a new order is placed with returned funds or store credit.
If your package is lost/stolen, we will instruct you to file a claim with the carrier directly.
Failed delivery orders can be reshipped for an additional shipping cost.
Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
Handling fees for returns are non-waiverable and non-refundable.
As best practice, you should always contact the carrier first when you're experiencing delivery issues while your order is in transit.
